SPECIAL OCCASIONS AND PRIVATE DINING
For special occasions we can offer a number of possibilities for your event. With
our 'Barn' which is perfect for anything from a celebratory dinner, breakfast/brunch
with clients, lunches with friends and family or a distinctive celebration which
can be as formal or informal as you like. Here are some basic ideas but we should
discuss your own bespoke menu to suit you and your budget:
Seasonal Menus: two, three, four or five courses, planned around the best seasonal
produce, local as much as possible.
Classic Buffet: various dishes for your guests help themselves.
Nibbles and Bites: smaller dishes for grazing e.g. for a drinks party.
How to book...
1 - Send us an email or call and ask to speak to Mike.
2 - Basic information will be given at this time and the date will be reserved temporarily
for you.
3 - Everything can be discussed over the phone, although, we advise you to arrange
a visit to discuss your party in more detail. We will discuss your menu i.e. favoured
foods and any special dietary requirements or food allergies you or your guests may
have as well as drinks to complement your menu choices and indeed music or other
entertainment if desired.
4 - If you decide to confirm the booking with us, we will ask you for a deposit,
10% by debit or credit card.
5 - Since our menu is always based on the best seasonal produce, we recommend that
your menu has been finalised in advance and, pre orders may need to be given to us
seven days before the event.
6 - We'll work closely with you to develop a checklist of all the other needs of
your event.
